Dispatch Time
Products are shipped out from our warehouse on or before 2 working days after the order is received.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping(Tamilnadu) – For all orders above INR 300
Flat Shipping of INR 60 will be charged for the orders from outside Tamilnadu
Hidden Charges
You pay exactly the amount you are intimated about at the time of checking out. No other hidden charges will be asked at the time of delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship products to international locations but the service will be started soon.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order any time before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, email us at customercare@vishaknaturesco.com with your order ID. A refund will be credited to your bank account. It will take 5-6 business days to reflect the amount in your bank/ Order cannot be canceled if the order has been dispatched already
Return and Refund Policy
We take return under the following conditions
- Products damaged or lost during the shipping.
- Products are missing.
- Wrong Product sent.
Please email us at customercare@vishaknaturesco.com with your Order ID and photo proof for damage as stated in case1. We will check and initiate the refund immediately. It will take 5-6 business days to reflect the amount in your bank/ Order cannot be canceled if the order has been dispatched already
